Advertising Policy
KJMHS may consider publishing advertisements, announcements, or sponsored notices that are relevant to medicine, health sciences, education, research, academic conferences, books, training programs, or scientific services. However, advertising is kept strictly separate from editorial decision-making.
Advertising must not influence editorial decisions, peer review, article acceptance, publication priority, or the scientific content of the journal. This follows standard medical journal guidance that advertising should not dominate a journal and must not influence editorial decisions.
Acceptance of Advertisements
The journal reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove any advertisement at its discretion. Advertisements must be legal, ethical, accurate, and not misleading. KJMHS does not accept advertisements that promote unsafe medical practices, unapproved treatments, misleading health claims, or products that conflict with public health principles.
Separation from Editorial Content
Advertisements are clearly distinguished from editorial and scientific content. Acceptance of an advertisement does not imply endorsement by KJMHS, the editorial board, the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences, or the University of Kordofan.
Complaints About Advertisements
Concerns or complaints regarding advertisements should be submitted to the editorial office. The editorial team will review complaints and may remove or amend advertisements if they are found to be misleading, inappropriate, unethical, or inconsistent with the journal’s policies.
