Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of the manuscript’s scientific merit, originality, relevance to the journal’s scope, ethical compliance, methodological quality, and clarity of presentation. Decisions are not influenced by the authors’ nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, institutional affiliation, political views, commercial interests, or personal relationships.
The Editor-in-Chief has final responsibility for editorial decisions. Members of the editorial board and reviewers are expected to declare any potential conflicts of interest and to withdraw from handling manuscripts where such conflicts may affect impartiality.
Manuscript Assessment
All submitted manuscripts are initially screened by the editorial office to assess compliance with the journal’s aims and scope, formatting requirements, ethical standards, plagiarism policy, and basic scientific quality. Manuscripts that are incomplete, outside the scope of the journal, ethically questionable, or insufficiently prepared may be returned to authors before peer review.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent for peer review according to the journal’s peer review policy.
